oN-site THERAPEUTIC CARE

Massage That Meets You
Where You Are

Receiving therapeutic care in the safety and comfort of your own space allows your nervous system to down-regulate deeply. When you don't have to drive, navigate a clinic, or leave your sanctuary, the healing process begins before I even arrive and lingers long after I depart.

my PHILOSOPHY

Care Guided By
Integrity

My work is slow, steady, and based on my best educated judgment. Real change takes time, and your body needs space to settle before deeper work can begin. I don’t rush the process, and I don’t force techniques your tissue isn’t ready for.

The first session is always about learning — you getting to know me, and me getting to know your body. I'll use an intake form and a short evaluation to understand your history, your patterns, and what you’re hoping to change. From there, I can make better decisions about which modalities and tools will actually help you.

I don’t upsell anything while you’re on the table. My goal is to create a space where you can relax, feel safe, and trust that the work is chosen for your benefit.

My promise is simple:

I'll show up prepared, I'll listen closely, and I'll give your body the time and attention it deserves.

PRIMARY MODALITIES

Foundational Work For
Real Relief

Swedish Massage

Long, flowing strokes that calm the nervous system and ease surface-level tension while warming the deeper layers of muscle.

Best for: Stress relief, general relaxation, first-time clients, and anyone wanting a gentler, restorative session.

Why it works: Smooth, rhythmic pressure increases circulation, supports lymphatic flow, and encourages the body to shift into a parasympathetic state.

Traditional Thai

A dynamic, mat-based modality utilizing passive stretching, rhythmic compression, and joint mobilization.

Best for: Athletes, restricted mobility, and feeling "stuck."

Why it works: Enhances synovial fluid production and elongates muscle spindles for lasting range of motion.

Deep Tissue

Slow, deliberate friction that targets the sub-layer of muscle and fascia to release chronic tension.

Best for: Chronic pain, stiff necks, and upper back tightness.

Why it works: Mechanically separates adhered tissues, restoring blood flow and reducing nociceptor (pain) signaling.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth, heated basalt stones are used as an extension of the therapist’s hands to melt rigid muscles.

Best for: Severe tension, cold-weather stiffness, and nervous system down-regulation.

Why it works: Thermal conduction expands blood vessels, increasing oxygenated blood flow and prompting a parasympathetic shift.

SUPPortive Care

Integrated As Needed

Cupping Therapy

Utilizes gentle suction to lift tissue, decompress fascia, and encourage blood flow to stagnant areas, providing deep release without heavy pressure.

Warm Bamboo

Smooth, heated bamboo tools are rolled across the body, offering broad, soothing warmth that melts deep muscle holding and enhances circulation.

Gua Sha

A traditional scraping technique that clears fluid stagnation, promotes microcirculation, and gently breaks up superficial fascial adhesions.

Hot Towel

Moist heat prepares tissue for deeper work and helps the body shift into relaxation. It softens surface tension, supports circulation, and offers a simple, grounding reset for the nervous system.

Included Tools

Each session may include one tool, with the option to add a second during checkout. These tools are chosen for how they help your body respond, not for show.

During your first session, I focus on learning your body before introducing tools. You’ll select any you’d like to include when booking so I can prepare properly and bring exactly what’s needed.

Premium Add-ons

Sensory Layering

Hot Oil

Warm oil improves glide and reduces friction, allowing smoother transitions between techniques and permitting deeper pressure without drag.

Aromatherapy

Essential-oil blends are diffused or applied locally to influence respiration and autonomic response. Used to support relaxation or alertness depending on session goals.

CBD Topical

Applied to localized areas to reduce inflammation and muscle tension. Used for targeted relief during recovery or high-tension work.

Pakoma

Offered as a 20-minute option or used briefly as needed for stretch support.

Tok Sen

Offered as a 20-minute option or used briefly as needed for focused stimulation.

Enhancements

These options work through temperature, aroma, and topical absorption to help the body respond more deeply. Each one influences circulation, relaxation, and nervous‑system balance in its own way.

If you already know which enhancement you’d like to include, you can add it during checkout so I can prepare the materials ahead of time. Each carries a small additional cost, and I only bring what you’ve selected — never introducing new costs mid‑session.

SPECIALTY TECHNIQUES

Thai Lineage Body Work

Pakoma

A traditional Thai cloth-based technique using gentle wrapping, traction, and supported stretching to help the body relax and move with more ease. The cloth provides controlled traction and support, allowing muscles to release with out strain and encouraging smoother movement patterns.

Best for: Clients seeking deeper relaxation, improved mobility, or gentle support during recovery from tension or restriction.

Why it works: The cloth's traction and support help muscles lengthen safely, reduce guarding, and promote circulation without forcing range of motion.

Tok Sen

A rhythmic, percussive technique from Northern Thailand that uses a wooden mallet and wedge to create gentle vibration through the muscles. The steady tapping produces a resonant sound and subtle internal rhythm that helps the body release deep tension and settle into calm.

Best for: Deep muscle tension, dense or guarded tissue, and clients who respond well to rhythmic, grounding pressure.

Why it works: Repetitive percussion sends vibration through the muscle layers, promoting, relaxation, circulation, and parasympathetic nervous system response

THE PROCESS

Your In-Home
Experience

Receiving therapeutic work in your own space removes the stress of transit, allowing your nervous system to fully down-regulate. Here is how we ensure a seamless, respectful, and deeply restorative session.

1

Arrival & Setup

I arrive with everything needed—a heated table, fresh linens, and therapeutic oils. You simply provide a small, clear space. I handle the setup while you begin to unwind.

2

Consultation & Draping

We discuss your body's needs and boundaries. I step out while you undress to your comfort level and get under the covers. Professional, secure draping is strictly maintained throughout our time together.

3

The Session

The work begins with a grounding breath to signal safety to your nervous system. I encourage open communication about pressure and comfort, though silence is deeply respected and welcomed if you prefer.

4

Post-Session Care

After the massage, I leave the room for you to dress. There is no rush to navigate traffic or fluorescent lights—you can simply hydrate and enjoy the lingering stillness in your own sanctuary.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much space do I need for the table?

A clear area of roughly 8 feet by 10 feet works well for most standard massage tables. This allows room for the table itself and safe walking space around at least two sides. If your space is smaller or has furniture, we can usually adjust the layout by moving a few items temporarily.

Do I need to provide anything?

The table, linens, and any necessary equipment are provided. You do not need to purchase oils, sheets, or pillows. Having a relatively quiet, clean area and access to a nearby outlet is helpful, but not strictly required.

What should I wear or prepare?

Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change out of if needed. Many clients choose loose, soft layers. A quick shower beforehand and turning your phone to silent can help you settle more easily into the session.

Are pets okay during the session?

Calm pets are usually fine as long as they do not jump on the table or interfere with your ability to relax. If your pet is very energetic or reactive with visitors, it is best to have them in another room during the session.

How is payment handled?

Payment is typically completed during booking. Common options include credit or debit card and secure digital payments. Exact options and any policies about gratuity or packages will be reviewed with you in advance.

What areas do you serve?

Services are offered within a defined local radius to keep travel time reasonable and allow for timely arrivals. If you are unsure whether your address is included, you can share your location during booking and you will receive a clear yes or no before confirming.
